Finding a few more ancient tree ornaments at the local thrift 'n' gift.
Sad is the way they are packaged in plastic sandwhich bags and hucked onto the shelf. Very sad. Very tragic or glass ornament #3.
Happiness is finding another apron for my modest collection.
And discovering the sweetest red plaid shoe box. I had to buy the shoes; just because of the box. Of course, there were other incentives...
Sad is having to wait an entire year before my holiday edition house slippers will perfectly accentuate my ugly sweater....
