Eat a lunch that you know will give you that emptyfull feeling, even though you've done it a hundredmillionandfortyfour times before and regretted it?
A white bun with plum jam and cheddar cheese, followed by two chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and a reese's peanut butter cup is not part of the daily recommended dosage of useless calories for any active woman.
Really.

I ate the healthy stuff with the kids, and now that they are napping I'm hitting up the chocolate chips, straight from the bag.
I hate when I do that.
Except, of course, when they are melting in my mouth.
Mmmmm.
Honestly, if you stopped at 2 cookies, I would count that as a good day. But that's just me. I also am a "straight from the bag" kinda girl with the chocolate chips and have issues with the resulting self-anger/hatred afterward. Interestingly, it isn't enough to stop me the next time. I SOOO get where you are coming from Joyce.

chocolate chips taste the best eaten out of the bag. Especially if no one notices.
On the days that the cookies might be followed by the half bag of licorice allsorts, twelve cups of coffee, and honey nut cheerios by the handful..... you won't exactly see me recording it HERE.
;)
But not be the best for you, but it sure sounds good! MK
I'm salivating thinking about that white bun with the plum jam. Heaven on a carbohydrate laden plate.
