Girl- You Ugly!

I feel compelled to ask all you lovely women to set aside December 13, 2008 for some seriously ugly partying. Yes, indeedy, the third annual ugly sweater party is upon us.

More details to follow, but for now, please run off to your calendars with an indelible marker.

P.S. from Schwester Mary - I just spent 3 days at a "Big-Girl-Panty-Get-Away" and I know these "ugly-sweather-envy" girls would love to come -- they might not just wear ugly sweaters, they may also wear BIG GIRL PANTIES!!!!

The bigger the panties the better - that's what I always say. Schwester Mary - I hope I can see your big panties peeking out the top of your pants. If I can't they're not big enough.

Ugliness, here I come.

If they are big enough, and pilly, one might actually wear them AS a sweater...

Again, I wish I could be there. Maybe I can wear one and send a picture to join the party? :)

I'm laughing out loud as I read these posts and my kids keep saying "what, what!!" Like I'm going to
tell them.
Why DO we hang onto those LARGE (grandma) panties anyway? hmmmm, I guess I have a few reasons ...so I'll make sure mine are ON (with my pants synched down-just for Karla), along with the ugliest, tightest sweater I can find.
Let the party begin!!
p.s. what do we bring to eat at such an event?
christine.

Yes Kathy I'm coming, I'm so very needy of some laughs. As for the sweater you may not know but it was the envy of I forget who and he bought it at the party so...on with the shopping. Thanks Joyce.

I can find an ugly sweater locally. We have a knitting shop you see... I spotted a few . (I think a thick bulky sweater that makes me look 30 pounds heavier is the way to go--) and it should be made of brilliant yarn, like TYE DYE as much as possible.

do you turn the heat down for ugly sweater party or let everyone sweat like they're in a sweat lodge and serve ice creams?
